Hi, I am
Sophia Mädler
Nice to meet you.
I hold a PhD in biochemistry, an MSc in management and have several years of experience in software development and data evaluation for life sciences. I am the lead developer of scPortrait, a Python framework for deep representation learning of single cells from microscopy images. Recently, I developed SPARCS, a genetic screening technology for image-based phenotypes with unprecedented throughput.
